Staff was fantastic and responsive. There was a plumbing issue and they immediately moved us to another (upgrade) room. The concierge was extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations and other suggestions always greeting us. Very friendly Peruvian Japanese restaurant very good

The best location near to the train station. We planed a 2-day short visit for the inner city walk in Copenhagen, and it turned out to be the perfect decision to stay here. Thumb up also for the friendly service.

Upgraded because initially in a double bed whereas we requested 2 single beds. Breakfast expensive for what it was. Good coffee but food on the grills was usually cool. Staff excellent especially the Concierges and location perfect for getting around Copenhagen.

Excellent location! Just turn left after you got out of the central station and go straight for around 4-5 minutes then you will see the green building. Rema1000 is right next to the hotel. Also 4-5 minutes walking distance to Tivoli. Taxi is available for 24h right outside of the hotel. Room services are also great, although therere not many choices of dishes.

Great, central location. Excellent service at breakfast and the food was quite good too. Nice in-checking experience and professional concierge. Early design hotel with glamorous 70s vibes.
